It’s been such a strange few months, hasn’t it? The last few weeks of summer holidays have felt the most normal and sometimes I even forget that we are still in the midst of a pandemic. Anyone else feel the same?
I was talking with friends this weekend about the impending return to school and there were mixed feelings within the group. For some, they’ve loved this time with their children and would be fine if it were to be extended. For others, they can’t wait for schools to return and for life to get back to more of a normal routine. I’m somewhere in between; I certainly can’t wait to get a lot of the things done which I just haven’t been able to whilst looking after two children full time! First hair colour for 6 months is booked for September!!
I think we all need a little bit of perking up as we settle into life being this way for a lot longer than any of us thought it might. That’s why I was happy to be involved in this giveaway. I hope it brings a big smile to the face of the winner.
